NOTE: Deleting your game will permanently remove all progress and purchases associated with your account, and cannot be recovered.
There are 2 ways to delete your game progress:
- Using the in-game "DELETE ACCOUNT" button (if you still have the app installed and would like to delete game data yourself, see here)
- Contacting our Support Team

If you no longer have the game installed, or if it is your preference, our Support Team is able to delete your game for you. Here's how to contact us:
- Email support@tpbgame.zendesk.com using the email address associated with your game.
- Be sure to indicate that you would like to have you account DELETED and not simply reset to Episode 1.
Note: In order to secure player accounts the email you're contacting us from must match the email for the game you're requesting us to delete. We will not delete your account if you send us your User ID - we can ONLY delete an account if contacted via the email associated with the account.
-Information pertaining to your account deletion request will be deleted as soon as the request is fulfilled. It will not be saved/ retained by our Support Team
