NOTE: Deleting your game will permanently remove all progress and purchases associated with your account, and cannot be recovered.
There are 2 ways to delete your game progress:
- Using the in-game "DELETE ACCOUNT" button
- Contacting our Support Team (If you no longer have the game installed and would like assistance deleting your account, see here)
In-Game
If you have the Trailer Park Boys: Greasy Money game on your device, you are able to delete the game yourself by following a few easy steps:
- Open the game
- Click on the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen
- Click on DELETE ACCOUNT at the bottom of the Settings screen
- If you are certain you want to delete your account, Type DELETE in the box, then click the YES, DELETE button
-Information pertaining to your account deletion request will be deleted as soon as the request is fulfilled. It will not be saved/ retained by our Support Team
