How do I submit a ticket for help?

The best way to submit a ticket to us is from within the Trailer Park Boys: Greasy Money game itself: 

  1. Open your Settings menu by tapping the little gray gear at the bottom right.
  2. Tap the button that says "HELP".
  3. Tap the "SUPPORT" button. 

This will open up our support page with various articles (like the one you're reading now) and FAQ about the game. 

  1. At the bottom right you will see a little chat bubble. 
  2. Tap it to begin a chat with our AI Chat bot to try troubleshooting your issue. 
  3. If unable to assist, you'll be able to send a ticket to our support team. Provide all requested information and read it carefully to ensure you send all relevant information to begin with. 
  4. Once you've sent a ticket, you will receive a response via the email you provided us when we are able to get back to you.
