The best way to submit a ticket to us is from within the Trailer Park Boys: Greasy Money game itself:
- Open your Settings menu by tapping the little gray gear at the bottom right.
- Tap the button that says "HELP".
- Tap the "SUPPORT" button.
This will open up our support page with various articles (like the one you're reading now) and FAQ about the game.
- At the bottom right you will see a little chat bubble.
- Tap it to begin a chat with our AI Chat bot to try troubleshooting your issue.
- If unable to assist, you'll be able to send a ticket to our support team. Provide all requested information and read it carefully to ensure you send all relevant information to begin with.
- Once you've sent a ticket, you will receive a response via the email you provided us when we are able to get back to you.
