If you're trying to recover an old game that was linked to your Facebook account, the Support team can try to find it via your Facebook ID.
To get your Facebook ID:
- You must use a web browser (not the app on your phone)
- Open Facebook
- Go to the drop down arrow at the top right and click on "Settings & Privacy"
- Click on "Settings"
- In the left menu, scroll down to "Apps and Websites"
- Find Trailer Park Boys: Greasy Money (you may have to click on "View More") and click on "View and Edit"
- Scroll down to the bottom where it says Your User ID is and click the button to copy the ID
