Not getting emails from us? No worries, they're probably just in your junk folder! Here's how you can add us to your safe-sender list so you don't miss out.
Gmail
1. Open up Gmail on your mobile device and tap the 
icon from the top left to open the menu. Then locate the Spam folder from the list and tap it:
2. Locate the email and open it. You should see a button at the top of the email to 'Report Not Spam'. It'll look something like this:
3. Tap 'Report Not Spam'. This will immediately send the email to your inbox and prevent them from being marked as spam moving forward.
Outlook
1. Open up Outlook on your mobile device and tap the circle icon from the top left to open the menu. Then locate the Junk folder from the list and tap it:
2. Locate the email and open it. You should three horizontal dots at the top. Tap that to open the menu.
3. Tap 'Not Junk'. This will immediately send the email to your inbox and prevent them from being marked as spam moving forward.
Yahoo
1. Open up Yahoo on your mobile device and tap the icon on the bottom left, then tap 'Spam' to open the Spam folder.
2. Locate the email and open it. You should three horizontal dots at the bottom. Tap that to open the menu, and tap 'Not Spam'. This will immediately send the email to your inbox and prevent them from being marked as spam moving forward.
