Improvements

Changes
- Dickmobile has been moved to the top of the Character Collection (after the Boys)
- Facebook friends have been removed from every player's Global leaderboard, and will only be shown on the Friends leaderboard
Bug Fixes
- A weak internet connection could cause a desync between a player's local save (device) and cloud save (our servers) and be asked to restart the game
- Some players could be stuck on "Waiting For Results" from previous event, preventing them from entering a new event
- Collecting from Dickmobile did not count towards "Collect Liquor" goals
