If you have both devices AND they're on the same platform:

We can manually link your original game to your device if:
- You have the User ID of your original game
- You have the User ID of your new game
Just submit a ticket with the above information and we'll help you out.
To get your User ID:
Tap the gear icon at the bottom right and it's displayed at the bottom of that Settings screen. Tap the 'Copy ID to Clipboard' button and paste it in your email!
Note: If you're struggling to find your previous User ID or no longer have access to that device, we may be able to find it using your Facebook ID (If you've connected your game to Facebook) or using a transaction ID from a previous purchase.
