What do you need help with?

I made a purchase and didn't receive it!

So sorry that the purchase you made in-game did not come through properly. That is the very last thing we want.

To credit your account we will need the receipt you received from Google or Apple, and your User ID. 

Please provide the following:

1. A copy or screenshot of your receipt:

  • On Android, Google would have emailed you a transaction ID that starts with GPA
  • On iOS, Apple would have emailed you a receipt

2. Your User ID:

  • Tap the gear icon at the bottom right for Settings
  • Your User ID is displayed at the bottom
  • Take a screenshot and email it in to support@tpbgame.zendesk.com
