As a first step, please force-close and re-launch the app.
If rebooting the game doesn't recover the purchase, in order to investigate/credit your account we will need the receipt you received from Google or Apple, and your User ID.
Please provide the following:
1. A copy or screenshot of your receipt:
- On Android, Google would have emailed you a transaction ID that starts with GPA. Or click here to see your purchases (then go into a purchase to see the transaction ID).
- On iOS, Apple would have emailed you a receipt
2. Your User ID:
- Tap the gear icon at the bottom right for Settings
- Your User ID is displayed at the bottom
- Take a screenshot and email it in to support@tpbgame.zendesk.com
